POOL ENTRY PROGRAM

There has been a delay with the launch of the new Pool Entry app but approved and activated pool passes can be accessed using the web version of the app at https://mypass.poolentry.com  Residents are asked to check in and check out of the pools using Pool Entry starting on Saturday, June 8, 2024 when all 4 pools will be open.
To use the web version of the PoolEntry app on your phone:
  1. Go to https://mypass.poolentry.com
  2. Log in with your email address and password.
  3. You will see all seasonal passes that are available to you and your family.
  4. You can scroll left and right between passes.
  5. To access guest passes, tap on the "Guest Pass" tab.
Check-in through the browser on your phone (Self Check-In):
  1. Go to https://mypass.poolentry.com
  2. Log in with your username (your email) and your password.
  3. You will see all seasonal passes and guest passes that you have available.
  4. Press the "Check-In" button located on each pool pass.
  5. A checkmark and a timestamp will appear on your pool pass.
  6. Show the screen of your phone to the lifeguard/pool attendant.
  7. Don't forget to check out when leaving the pool. Press the "Check-Out" button on your pass
If you haven’t done so already, you may complete your pool pass application online per the following instructions.
Apply for your pool passes:
  1. Go to https://mypass.poolentry.com
  2. Create a new account. You will get a confirmation code sent directly to your email to confirm your email. Do not add the community code where the email verification code should be. Your confirmation code is NOT the Community Code.
  3. Enter the 6-Digit Community Code: JXH9R8
  4. Select pool passes.
  5. Submit your application.
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a notification via email. Typically, applications are approved within 1-2 business days.
Activate your pool pass:
Once you receive a notification email that your application was approved, please activate your passes:
  1. Go to https://mypass.poolentry.com
  2. Log in with your username (your email) and your password.
  3. You will see seasonal passes that are available for you and your family. Prior activation is required for all seasonal passes before use.
  4. Click the "Activate" button.
  5. Tap the circular image with a grayed out person to upload your photo.
  6. Fill out your first name, last name and date of birth.
  7. Tap the "Activate" button to activate pass.
  8. Activate all passes for each member of your family. You can scroll left/right between passes. 
We want all residents to enjoy the pools if they wish. If you are having difficulty applying for your pool passes or accessing your pool passes, the Master Association now has the functionality to:
  • Edit and activate passes for a resident if they have difficulty doing it themselves.
  • Edit the first name, last name, and date of birth for each pool pass.
  • Resetting a specific pass for a resident, allowing them to edit their name, DOB, or re-upload their picture.
On-line support is now available. You may submit an online support ticket at: https://mypass.poolentry.com/support
 
If you are having difficulty applying for your passes or activating your passes over the weekend or evenings when the Master Association Office is not open to assist you, please bring a photo ID with you to the pool and the staff will verify your residency for pool entry.
*All pools will be closed during thunder and lightning storms. During rainy weather, the Byron, Mallard and Greenwich Pools may be closed. In exceptional weather circumstances the Guilford Pool may also be required to close in order to protect users’ safety. On inclement weather days, please call the Guilford Pool at 860-675-2114 before going to any of the pools for opening/closing information.
