I am selling my unit.  What do I need to do for the Association?
Once you have a sales contract, you will need to complete a Request for Resale Certificate and submit it to the Master Association office to begin the Resale process.  Click here for the form.  Completed form and a copy of the sales contract can be dropped off at the Master Association Office, faxed to 860-675-6156 or emailed to vickie@farmingtonwoods.com


I am leasing my unit.  What do I need to do for the Association?
Once you have a rental contract (a minimum of six months), you will need to complete a Lease Registration form and submit it to the Master Association office.  Click here for the lease form.  Completed form and a copy of the lease contract can be dropped off at the Master Association Office, faxed to 860-675-6156 or emailed to vickie@farmingtonwoods.com
