I am selling my unit. What do I need to do for the Association?*
Once you have a sales contract, you will need to complete a Request for Resale Certificate and submit it to the Master Association office to begin the Resale process. Click here for the form. Completed form and a copy of the sales contract can be dropped off at the Master Association Office, faxed to 860-675-6156 or emailed to vickie@farmingtonwoods.com
I am leasing my unit. What do I need to do for the Association?
Once you have a rental contract (a minimum of six months), you will need to complete a Lease Registration form and submit it to the Master Association office. Click here for the lease form. Completed form and a copy of the lease contract can be dropped off at the Master Association Office, faxed to 860-675-6156 or emailed to vickie@farmingtonwoods.com
*Please Note: Open Houses are prohibited per the Farmington Woods rules. Real estate signs are also prohibited. Prospective buyers coming to an Open House will not be allowed on property by Security at the gated entrances. Showings of the condo must be done by appointment with a realtor.
3.12.1 Open houses for purpose of selling or renting condominium Units are not permitted.
